本次入住这家酒店，整体感受落差较大，整体硬件环境看似宽敞大气，大堂设计颇具格调，但实际体验完全达不到五星级酒店的标准，尤其早餐环节令人格外失望。 作为五星定位酒店，早餐品类选择十分匮乏，丰富度甚至远不及普通民宿，中西餐食选择寥寥无几，热菜、点心、水果、饮品都缺少可选空间，可挑选余地极少，完全没有五星酒店早餐该有的品质与丰富度。现场虽有现煮档口，但整体出品单一，食材种类不足，用餐体验大打折扣。 最终仅简单食用一碗汤面便匆匆结束用餐，匆匆返回房间，这是入住以来体验感最差的一次早餐，草草收场毫无愉悦感。硬件装潢徒有其表，核心餐饮服务严重缺位，性价比极低，整体体验与五星定位严重不符，不推荐对早餐品质有要求的客人选择，后续也不会再次入住。

部屋は広くて他のホテルより良いです。フロントスタッフも英語が出来ます。残念なのは、朝食会場が老朽化している。食事も他のホテルと比べると、味が落ちる。部屋のインスタントコーヒーが他のホテルと比べると美味しくない。部屋のミネラルウォーターも他のホテルと比べると、美味しくない。

The hotel was in a very nice location away from the busy city. Everyone that i dealt with were wonderful to me and helped me when needed and I really needed help during this stay!!! The Coronavirus Alert!!!!! Property was in good condition, liked my room and breakfast was good as well!!! The people were wonderful to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
