1. Can we atleast make sure towels are there in the room? I had to go to the front desk to get multiple times just to get the towels. 2. The WiFi was so poor. There is no WiFi info in the room. May be a barcode would have helped a bit. 3. Stayed in the hotel room for three nights, the housekeeping didn’t showed up one time. 4. Th room phone was not even working. They could hear my voice while calling multiple times. 5. I could hear people walking throughout the night on the floor above so couldn’t have good sleep either. 6. The door luck was hard to open using the key card. We found out the handle had to be pulled upwards to open instead of downwards. I saw not only us but every new guest struggling to even open the room.

The pool area needs attention You cant find towels and hair on the floor everywhere. The trolleys for luggages both defective.And couldnt even get breakfast everything was gone before we go down and it was packed .So dont even bother to try get breakfast there.And they charge for parking also so unfair.

We like the proximity to Niagara Falls. The breakfast was good but super crowded with people we barely had anywhere to sit. The beds were comfortable. What we noticed was the place needed some repair and cleaning. There was mold in places and peeling paint. Also, the room wasn’t very quiet. We could hear the guests above us walking around all night and their tvs playing.

Room reservation was for four guests and only had towels for two. Hotel allowed us to check in early by two hours which was great! When we called and asked for additional towels and pillows they promptly delivered them.

The room was Ok but the Bathroom was not clean. Staff were not helpful and the Breakfast was ok. Air Conditioning was good.

Great place, excellent customer service and minutes from the Falls.
