Below average
My room doesn’t have curtains for windows. Outside light coming inside room. I am not able to sleep well. I have complained reception staff,but they said they cannot do anything. It’s really terrible reception guy who stay night shift

Good location, but hotel could do with some upgrade on certain things. Bathroom sink leaked water, toilet not flushing well, breakfast area too congested, food items not restocked promptly

Fantastic
Our family had a late flight and early tour of Niagara Falls, so we were only here to sleep and have breakfast. Our rooms were clean and comfy. The breakfast was delicious. If we are in the Niagara Falls area again, we would stay here again.

Tuve una mala experiencia con la persona que estaba haciendo la entrada , ya que soy latina y el con su English , sabía hablar español y el no decía que no entendía y me hiso el mal momento , no me gustó en verdad y el otro joven le dijo es la placa . No me gustó en verdad es como discriminación. Tienen que tener personas que sientas empatías por personas que no se sepan hablar bien fluido del idioma
