Great
I like staying here because I feel safe and it’s very clean and comfortable. I’m not a gambler but I like staying at this hotel because of all the amenities and the comfort.

Great
Beautiful property. I was not aware there was smoking in one of the casinos attached and I could smell some lingering smoke in the room. The pool area was nice, but one of the hot tubs was not working. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and quiet.

We booked a room expecting to have two queen beds in a non-smoking section and when they got there and they gave us a smoking room with a king bed only they charged us additional for our two extra people for a total of four people that would be in the room and when we try to get our room changed, they blamed the booking miscommunication on Expedia and did not accommodate the four person sleeping arrangement as we had requested initially they did bring one rollaway bed, which is all your apparently allowed for a room and did not even get that ordered on behalf of us. They told us to go to the room and then call housekeeping so we had enough sleeping arrangements for three out of our four people we ate two locations in the casino breakfast at the Bearclaw and the fruit was expired based on the sticker on the bottom and out for sale regardless, and when we ate at three sisters, we waited 45 minutes to get a table and then another 50 minutes after we ordered before we got our food and our appetizers and food came out together. We will not be staying in this hotel again. I attempted to reach out and speak to someone regarding my frustrations and no one got back to me. The front desk just kept saying it’s not our fault and we’re fully booked.

Had a great experience with hotel, staff and closeness to activities and restaurants but the smell of cigarette smoke hits you in the face when you come into front door so that would be my only complaint

Fantastic
We had a great room with a great stay! Our room was on the 21st floor and we were facing the Canada side. We were able to experience the fireworks each night at 10pm from the comfort of our room! ❤️ This hotel is a 10 min walk to the border crossing and falls. I would highly recommend this hotel! The room was clean and the staff very helpful.

Great
The kids weren't aloud to use the Hot tub so that was disappointing for them. The meals are great just very expensive. The local neighborhood is very ghetto. That was very sad. We could see the fireworks from our window. The shuttle service was great. They will bring you anywhere you need to go.

Fantastic
Rooms were very clean. The casino does allow smoking but not in common areas. However, the lobby bar was adjacent to the smoking casino so there was some cigarette odor there. other than that food was good. close to Niagara Falls
