There was no complimentary water when we arrived (2nights stay) but was given after a night. Quite a challenge to speak to the Receptionist due to language barrier. Reception is always unmanned (as they said they have 3 hotels). I was surprised as well when we asked if we can leave the luggages, they said better to keep the room or we can leave it at our own risk which I somewhat understand but if the reception is manned or at least the cctv is working in all areas, we can feel safe and accommodated (at least)
