Good position in Noosa but difficult to find in vehicle, easier to park up and find on foot .The car parking for guests is small for the bigger cars to negotiate. The approach to number 9 room is up several stairs and again another flight of stairs to the accommodation. The room was very clean but quite small the shower room was very roomy, bed was comfy .The accommodation is close to the road and there is a lot of vehicle noise and next door was having work done from the drain clearance guys which the generator started at 7 am very noisy. The staff on the phone were very helpful .

Property was clean and well maintained. Ambient noise was horrendous and kept my partner and I up most of the evening. Multiple issues with other guests attempting to open our door woke us up and sound travels poorly between rooms
