Great location on Murano...there's a vaporetto station right in front. The breakfast buffet (28 euros if it isn't part of your room rate) is massive. We had a quirky room where the slanted ceiling made it difficult for one person to get out of bed, but otherwise it was fine. My only complaint: they have a fruit-infused container of water just off the lobby. It was frequently empty, with stacks of used glasses and no clean ones. That needs to be monitored and refreshed more frequently. Staff was marvelous. They supplied whatever we asked for and helped arrange a water taxi to the airport. They have a water taxi to the airport (22 euros, I think), but it doesn't start until 8:30am; if your flight is before 11am, you likely will need the public water taxi or a private one. Allow plenty of time; Marco Polo can be a zoo, with some long walks to gates.

Staff was unclear regarding breakfast and very slow to bringing us coffee and coffee cups to the room. We were told they offered us 14$ breakfast per person for the whole weekend and at checkout were told it was actually per day. Additionally after using the coffee machine in the rooms they didn’t bring new cups the next day and we had to ask multiple times for new coffee and clean cups. Very slow on that end. Otherwise the hotel and our stay was very nice! Just a bit frustrating on the staff side but everyone was friendly.

The hotel was nice but in Murano there is nothing , only the glass factory. Too far from everything , the breakfast was nice in a beautiful setting and a reasonable price.

Stayed with kids

Amazing hotel and located on the island of murano. The ferry takes you to main Venice in about 10-15 minutes and they come every 10 minutes so don’t let its location steer you away from this hotel. Loft style rooms were nice as well. I would avoid the breakfast though, it was nothing to rant about. Otherwise an amazing state and they have a free water taxi to the Venice airport.

Excellent friendly staff. Good breakfast. Did not like the over the bath shower. I have arthritis and getting into and then out of the bath to have a shower was difficult, even dangerous. There were no grab rails and the shampoo and conditioner were at the far end of the bath, totally wrong position. Also the bath plug was broken and needed to be replaced. Staff dealt with this very quickly and efficiently and were apologetic. In summary, excellent staff, poor room.

Room wasn’t the cleanest. The temperature setting throughout the night was very warm. Housekeeping didn’t do a thorough job. Lighting in the room and bathroom was very limited with several lights burned out.
