We were anxious about getting to Venice airport by 9:00 am. Hotel arranged pick up at the hotel for a water taxi to airport direct. Enjoyed the wild speedboat ride to the airport getting there in perfect time.

Really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is in a great location and very handy for everything in the centre of Venice, staff were helpful and provided a super breakfast each day of our stay , we would highly recommend the hotel.

Solo stay

First of all the location is mere steps from the Piazza San Marco and getting to sit by the window and watch the gondolas and the people going about their day was cute. I love the bottle of champagne that the hotel provided for me and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I didn't take a water taxi to the hotel but I did take one when I transferred to my next place and it's definitely easier than lugging your suitcase through the streets. Drinks at the bar were 10/10 and will definitely be back and stay longer next time!

Great location, and I definitely recommend getting a personal water taxi. The hotel was beautiful, the breakfast was OK, but the room was definitely outdated. It was fine and if the price was right, I would stay there again.
