Everything was good except beds were not big enought for 3 adults and my 14 year old daughter. buffet breakfast was average like in pistachio.

Everything was good except, some staff english hard to understand, bathroom door cannot be locked in position. coffee maker has a different plug. We had free fruits, free breakfast breads.

the hotel was so nice and the staff are very helpful to us. next time i’ll comback in Hanoi i will definitely check in to this hotel. very good location and the breakfast in the morning are quite impressive
