This is the perfect hotel to stay at if you are attending an event at the GLION Arena in Kobe and that is your primary goal. It's location is unbeatable for that sole purpose. It's a quick 2-3 minute walk to the arena and incredibly convenient. Unfortunately, it's quite far from the central Kobe and has few public transportation options. The hotel shuttle runs twice an hour and gets you to more central areas in Kobe. The hotel itself is great and relaxing, the onsens are great and both breakfast and dinner buffets are delicious and well-ran. Hotel staff are accomodating and multilingual.
