We did not encounter any problems while communicating with the hotel staff. Everything was smooth and alright except the location of the hotel, as it was quite far from the main stations and everything else. You will expect walking to the bus station for 10 minutes, ride the bus for around six minutes and finally walking for another six minutes. It might be less convenient to some, but the room is really spacious and housekeeping was pretty good.
