Excellent location near People's Square station. Nice views from room. Service staff was great. You can directly access the mall by taking the same elevator that brings you to the swimming pool. Watch out for long queues for the room elevators during mornings when everyone is trying to go for breakfast or checkout.

I love Klook. Klook gave me such piece of mind when I travel. This trip, I pre-book a VIP car referred by a friend. he cancelled my reservation after I took off on the airplane to HK. During my transfer in Vancouver, I was able to reserve another VIP car with Klook and received confirmation within 10 minutes. The driver was waiting for me at the airport when I arrived HK. I subsequently booked a hotel with Klook in Shanghai with 48 hours time and had no problem checking in with the hotel. i recommend Klook highly to everyone, very reliable service.
