The view was breathtaking. What really stood out was this cute stuffed bear that came with the room. When we went out for the evening, we came back to find the bear was wrapped in a towel that made him look like he was tucked in bed. It was adorable!

A masterclass in World Class hospitality. Lia at check in was welcoming and made an impact after traveling all day. Akiko & Yu at Kura provided by far our best dining experince in Japan. Finally, Nanako, made our stay very special by taking something personal we shared as the reason of our trip and acknolegding it in our room for turn down. It's always the little things and she nailed it.

It was elegant, artistic, inviting, peaceful. Really an architectural and interior design masterpiece. Warning: you won't want to leave the hotel!
