We made a last-minute pivot in our Japan travel plans and decided to spend one night in Osaka, and we are so glad we picked the Waldorf Astoria Osaka (we literally booked it the same day). This was one of the nicest hotels of our entire stay in Japan. Brand new, great location near Osaka Station, and beautifully designed throughout. Our room was extremely large and elegant, with an amazing bathroom, excellent amenities, and outstanding attention to detail, including high-quality robes and slippers. Breakfast was exceptional, and we also loved the Peacock Alley Bar with its skyline views. Honestly, we wished we could have stayed more than one night. A beautiful hotel in every way.

We had such a beautiful stay here. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the entire experience feel special. Breakfast was excellent fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the morning. The bar was terrific as well. The staff truly went out of their way for us, making sure we had everything we needed and making us feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a place where the people are this warm and attentive. Their kindness made our day even better. A stellar experience all around, and we would happily return. Would highly recommend staying at this property in Osaka when I come back this is where I’m definitely staying
