The room was just right for 1 person. It was clean and has what you need - toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 1 free water bottle, bedroom slippers, towel, pajama. They change towels and pajama everyday by leaving a fresh set at your door. For trash, i take out my trash can and leave it at the doorstep for the staff to empty out. Room is cleaned (lines changed, new bedroom slippers, amenities replenished except for bottled water) every 3rd day. The room was 1 chair with wheels, the wheels were helpful making moving it around easy. The staff we're friendly and helpful. They helped me booked a reservation at Hyotan Onsen by making a phone call. You can also leave your luggage for storage before or after check-out. Some cons: (1) the elevator, hall way and room slightly smells of cigarette...I got a non-smoking room but smell tends to sip in; (2) dislike the elevated step to the bathroom; (3) you can see some dust in the room, toilet/shower is not prestine, shows signs of use, but clean. Location is very good! A few walking minutes from Hakata Station, Very accessible when going to bus stops, lots of convenience store around and places to eat.
