A taxi ride approximately 10-15 minutes from Kutchan station, about 3000JPY. Nice, cold wheather between 10 degrees to 16 degrees, good to have layers of jacket. Good for short escape n relaxing. unfortunately Mount Yotei is shy while I were there. Good breakfast.

we went during summer and the town was pretty much empty and shops all closed, but the hotel was very comfortable and modern. loved the public bath and option for a private onsen experience. breakfast was great too!
