Great airport hotel for our Narita stay! Very clean and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of both Japanese and Western options. Staff were professional and helpful with airport shuttle information. Convenient location with free shuttle bus service to/from Narita Airport. Rooms are spacious compared to typical Japanese hotels. Good value for an airport hotel. Perfect for early flights or layovers. Would definitely stay here again when flying through Narita!

bus shuttle service to/from hotel and airport was easy. rooms are quite aged, bathroom had some mould in it and unclean aircon filter with thick dust accumulation. rooms were large for Japan which is good. for last minute booking and location I can’t complain. only stayed there for one night. staff were extremely friendly. 7/11 downstairs if cash out or food is needed. otherwise it seemed like there were a couple restaurant options I didn’t opt for those as I arrived in late and preferred food from the convenience store.

Location is near the airport and mall. They also offer free transfer to and from the airport and the mall - in schedule. Hotel itself just have an old vibe and needs some dust cleaning and renovation.

We liked this hotel for transit in Narita. The rooms are a bit small but amenities are complete. Spacious common areas with an onsen! A convenience store is in the lobby area.

great for travelers on a budget. pros: free shuttle to airport, shopping mall, and train station. free amenities (toothbrushes, razors, hair brushes, face wash, lotion), onsen, conbini (family mart), restaurant, friendly staff. Cons: outdated feel, old room fixtures (bed, desk), not enough outlets for tech, Family mart did not have its most popular item, familichiki, fried chicken.
