Location is walking distance from sapporo station and H. university, a little far from the lively area (Odori and Susukino) but still walkable. Our first room is a bit spacious, but after booking for another date, we got a smaller room. They have coin washing machines, microwave, vendo, iron, etc. on different floors. Everyday housekeeping. We also tried their bfast, it's okay but a bit expensive. They also allow you to leave your luggage at the lobby which is great.

The hotel is conveniently located near to Sapporo JR, subway and bus services. All the big shopping centres and eateries are nearby the area. Reception staff are helpful and able to communicate in English. The room is a bit small but still comfortable.
