cannot rate a perfect star because the cleaner take our own keycard and declare we lost it. But the management/receptionist forwarded the card to the hotel we’re staying in osaka. I love the hotel having their own laundry, kitchen and microwave on each room that’s why I chose this. it’s also near from the bus stop and train stations.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Having a washer and dryer in the room is definitely a bonus. Would be even better if family sized rooms are available as well.
