The hotel was fairly new so the facilities were well maintained ~ the room is spacious and can fit open luggages even with the furniture. I love that it does not have carpet flooring cs it's less dust mites for us too. Bathroom is sooo nice esp cause it has a bidet with warm seat ♡ Our room also has the best sunrise views!!! Staff were also amazing. We needed help for a lost shopping bag and they tried their best to help despite the language barrier. They thoroughly clean the room everyday as well and I was even pleasantly surprised that they also organized my toiletries so well 😆 Though it's a bit far from center of Seoul, subway is just beside the hotel and Olive Young is on the opposite street! We also tried their AI robot to order food and it was fun ~ food also tasted good and def worth the price ♡♡♡ It was my first time in Korea and glad I booked here!!!

hotel is located near the subway. 1. Exit 6 (closer to AREX line) is good as its completely sheltered (if cut through convention centre/ Le West) and no need to take stairs. 2. Exit 2(?) is nearest for Line 9. However, have to climb the stairs & cross the road once to reach the hotel. will be mainly outdoors and as its at the roadside, theres more food/shopping options. Both exits are similar in distance to hotel imo. When using the hotel lift, you can head to B2 for 7/11 and restaurants. Didnt really had time to try the food/explore the area but for ppl intending to purchase Climate Pass, you can try the convenience store at Exit 6! Staff was friendly and provided guidance on Climate Pass. Also, when heading back to the hotel, especially at night (when convention centre closes), seems like theres no direct lift to room floor (need to go to l6 and take guest lift to room lvl). recept spoke Eng well and check-in/out was fast. room wasnt soundproof & daily cleaning seems late (arnd 5pm)
