I can't praise this hotel enough—it's an absolute must-book for anyone using Gimpo Airport or needing an overnight layover! Unbeatable Airport Access: The underground path to the airport is a lifesaver on cold or rainy days. I also just learned there is a ground-level walk that gets you to the international terminal in just 5 minutes! Amazing Food & Shopping: You can walk seamlessly into the attached mall. Don't miss the department store food court in the center—the quality and variety of international dishes are spectacular and a huge step above normal food court fare. I've uploaded some photos of my meals from my three-day stay! Convenience & Entertainment: Grabbing an Uber is incredibly easy here, and there is a movie theater right next door if you want a relaxing evening out. Wonderful Service: The staff is always so polite, friendly, and eager to help. Highly recommend this spot for a comfortable and seamless travel experience!

I might have reviewed before but this place is a cheat code if you have a plan to use Gimpo airport or some type of night stop by at Gimpo airport. Hotel is connected to airport through underground path which is perfect on any bad weather or cold weather and that's already nice but I just learned in this trip that there is a ground walk path that's gonna be just 5 minutes to international flight. Hotel connected to the mall as you seemlessly can enter the shopping mall. Foods are crazy there. I mean the mall already have so many restaurant but in a center of donut shape mall has a department store with food court and it's crazy. THe food court has many international food beyond food court level and just a little more than usual food court price. I will upload all the food court food I had in three days. Staff here are totally polite, friendly and reliable. Taxi using Uber is very easy here as well. Theater is just next door if you feel like watching movie.

Having frequented this hotel for 10 years, I am always impressed by their consistency. The airport access is effortless, and the proximity to the shopping mall and theater is a major advantage. While the staff are excellent, I have docked one star for cleanliness issues (hairs found in the room) and a breakfast buffet that has become somewhat average compared to the exceptional standard they used to set. That said, the overall experience remains very strong, and I appreciate their ability to maintain such a high level of service over the last decade.

I have been staying at this hotel for a decade, and they consistently deliver a high standard of service. The location is incredibly convenient, offering seamless access from both domestic and international airport terminals. Being integrated with a major shopping mall and cinema complex adds a level of convenience that is hard to match. The staff remain a highlight—always polite, professional, and welcoming. However, I am rating this stay four stars due to a few minor housekeeping oversights, as I noticed some stray hairs in the room upon arrival. Additionally, while the breakfast is still good, the variety seems to have been scaled back compared to previous years. It now feels more in line with local competitors rather than exceeding them as it once did. Despite these small points, the hotel’s "posture" and commitment to quality have remained impressive for 10 years. It is still my top choice in the area.

Stayed due to taking a flight out of Gimpo airport and this hotel has everything that’s needed. Accessible to the airport via underground connector. Lotte mall is just next to it. View from window is awesome.

Very convenient hotel if you are arriving late or leaving early for the next flight via gimpo airport.

Not what I expected and the photos of it does not do it justice. Great location, great staff and very clean. I definitely recommend this stay.
