尊榮套房, 陽台 · 2 Adults · 2 Nights

Hotel Location: It's very convenient to get around the old town. Service: Customer Service Officer- Jasmine is a very warm and welcoming person. Knowing it was my birthday, she even prepared a handwritten card and a cake! So touching! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hanoi.

We had a really nice time staying in Aurora Central Hotel! The staff are nice and very caring. Especially Zoe. She did extra mile in assisting us. I was a bit sick and she noticed I was coughing while having my breakfast then she came up to me with a cup of hot ginger tea. So thoughtful. She's an asset to the hotel. We'll surely book this hotel again.
