Fantastic

Very hospitable staff who helped with restaurant and breakfast accommodations. Location is close to tram and bus stops. Main Street location with few interruptions during the night. Very comfortable bed.

This should be identified as a room and not a suite. The bed is literally 2 feet from the door. The room is at street level on a busy street. Very noisy instead of quite as stated. Amenities poor. It had one small bar of soap used and three towels also one used. Noisy air conditioning. Don’t waste your money. Most of the pics of the suite is a hall way that has a desk with no staff in site.

Tricia and everyone else we talked to were very nice and accommodating. They allowed us to come as soon as the room was ready and leave our bags there to store after we checked out. The area itself is very lively with plenty of restaurants and street markets. The major monuments are about a 30 minute walk but it goes quickly with the beautiful sites all around. It is slightly different than a traditional American hotel as you walk into reception and then your room is right there. The room was very spacious and perfect for our stay. We will be back if we are ever in Rome!

Fantastic

Lovely hotel. The only possible drawback is that there is no full time front desk, but they provided excellent directions for self check in and were always available via WhatApp. It was very comfortable and pretty spacious for a room in Rome. Very comfortable bed. Very secure building. It's in a very good location. It was easy tour Trastevere from the hotel.

This is not a hotel. It is an Air BnB. Someone at desk for only three hours. I had to leave the tourist tax in cash in an unlocked room when I left. It is also directly next to a public transportation stop that kept me up all night. I don’t want to support any air bnb. I want a real hotel with real service. Air bnb is ruining cities
