Hotel location was great, ease of access and plenty massage outlets available just from the hotel entrance. Room was newly renovated, cosy and spacious. Daily make up of room was done to satisfaction as well. Will book this hotel for future Bangkok stay yet again! 👍🏻

All of the employees are so accomodating and attentive, especially the guards outside. Once our tuktuk arrives, they readily pick our things up, and help us alight without us asking.

The hotel room is large and spacious, and the hotel staff are kind. They clean the room and refill the toiletries everyday, and all your items are safe and sound. The proximity to different malls such as Platinum Mall, CentralWorld and Big C are also extremely convenient, as well as it being around a 15 minute walk from the Phaya Thai station.

Hotel room is big and spacious. cleanliness: clean up daily even without asking. breakfast: The food is average and cold hotel location: good if you wish to shop around pratunam market, platinum mall only. it will be a 10-15 minute walking distance to the nearest bts station ( chidlom station).

location is good ie has shops, massage places, just around, however due to the main road having done construction, the traffic situation is not good. when booking Grab, the car/taxi would take really long time to arrive due to traffic jam. room is very spacious and clean , toilet has bidet seats which is very good. breakfast food is very average tasting and we ended up eating only the eggs, croissant, toast and that only one of the three sausages every day. rest of the cooked food dishes were not nice tasting
