While staff availability is limited, it is very easy to check in and out. The location is near Gion and thus you can take a walk around at early morning/late night.

I truly enjoyed our stay here. it felt like i had my own little apartment. when you enter you get slippers for your stay. a small stove and fridge as well a small round table enough for 2 people. there is a guide in English for all possible appliances. the front desk was so friendly. communication wasnt as hard as it thought. I downloaded an app and we were able to communicate easily. our room was very clean and quiet. everything is very close by. I walked everywhere.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and had a great layout. I even got to do laundry lol. I would definitely stay here again! 🥰
