comfortable beds and quite surroundings. they clean the rooms everyday. friendly staff and good bfast. however, grab cars and buses do not drop you off in front of the hotel due to way restriction so you may consider if you have many luggages. but overall i got the hotel for a cheap price but the services are all good!

they had to transfer us to fiesta central so that we can stay together in the same floor. they did not anticipate and because therei s a night market we had to walk with our luggage in a nearby corner to be picked up by the airport transfer . suggested that if there is a certain situation like that they should transfer us so that we can be picked up infront of the hotel. the staff ate very accomodating though

Lovely experience staying here! Room is clean and neat, hotel staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Note that there is no window, which some people might find claustrophobic. The location is great, right beside a really good banh mi place and easy to get in / out of Hanoi Old quarter. Recommended!

My experience at this hotel was excellent. It felt like a newly built establishment, with spacious rooms and a very clean bathroom. The staff members were extremely accommodating, with Sophie standing out in particular. She went above and beyond to ensure that all our requests were granted, even providing us with a more spacious room to accommodate an additional bed. The breakfast offered was also fantastic, and considering that it was included in the price, the overall value was exceptional. Furthermore, the hotel's location near the lake and the walking street added to its appeal. Without a doubt, I am looking forward to returning in the future.
