We booked this property as a replacement of Mercury Central Hotel Hanoi which we found in a shabby condition at check-in. What a bliss! The two properties are at the two extremes. The PARKROYAL is first class in many ways: it’s brand new with high quality furnishings. I particularly like the Electrolux Condenser dryer, very efficient and fast! We had breakfast every morning and one dinner at the hotel restaurant and were very pleased. It has a good size gym and an indoor swimming pool. One downside: some suites not facing the West lake have blocked view with machine noises. I booked PARKROYAL without reading any reviews (because I had no time and knew the brand). On the other hand, I booked Mercury Central hotel Hanoi after reading reviews on Klook throughly and weeks ahead, but it turned out to be a total disappointment. Why? I hope Klook can answer.

I had a wonderful stay at PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Hanoi. The location near West Lake is peaceful yet convenient, and my suite was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed — truly a home away from home. What made the experience outstanding was the incredible service. A heartfelt thank-you to Thuy, Anh, Dat, Huyen, and Linh for their warmth, professionalism, and constant smiles. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I also appreciate Mr. Humayoon, the General Manager, for leading such a caring and dedicated team. The property’s calm atmosphere, great facilities, and genuine hospitality made my time in Hanoi unforgettable. I highly recommend it and would love to stay again!
