I found the bed sheet to be dirty on the first day of check-in, and there was hair in the floor drain. Fortunately, the staff service was very good and the issues were cleaned the following day. In terms of the room condition, it was still fairly acceptable, although there was some dust and a musty smell because the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Hopefully, there can be improvements in the future.

What I love about the hotel is they have refreshments at the lobby, self service store (coffee & snacks), charging ports and cool/fun ambience. Rooms are also great but it would be nice if there's instant coffee/tea at rooms but not a big deal. Beds are comfortable to sleep. I just had a hard time adjusting the vol of the TV. Location wise is great since it was right near the MRT station. Staffs are friendly and accomodating too. Overall experience is amazing place to stay/rest.

The hotel is very good and conveniently located near City Hall MRT and Raffles City Mall. To make it even better, the hotel could consider adding a bidet, fixing the hydraulic lift on the chair in the room, and tightening up the loose power outlets. The breakfast buffet is quite good, though I’d love it if the bacon were a bit crispier—their bacon is good, but it could use extra crunch.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay, always going the extra mile to make sure I felt welcome. The room is clean and the hotel is in a fantastic location — accessible to everything, which made getting around super easy. I’d absolutely stay here again on my next visit and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to any friends traveling to Sg.
