transport access & hotel location: Perfect Location, right next to Bencoolen MRT. Although I would say the station itself isn't the most convenient (Many floors and escalators to enter and exit). cleanliness: The rooms are clean and nice, but I would say the toilet layout is not great, water may get all the way up to the entrance when showering. Facilties: The thermostat controls were not functioning well too when I was there in July 2026 and the lighting controls (the wiring behind them) seem to be very crossed over. Service: Good service, very accomodating and when I told them about the issue they seem to understand and take the feedback well. If you are here for a short stay and are moving around and about anyway, the place is great.

i had a request since it was my mom’s birthday and they acknowledged so the request. however, it was not there when we arrived. I followed up but no response. In terms of location, it was very good!
