We really enjoyed our stay here! ❤️ Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Ms. Hiedee was the one who assisted us during check-in, and she was very kind, helpful, and efficient. She made the process quick and easy for us. The hotel was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. We also loved the location since there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, plus the bus and MRT stops are easily accessible. Traveling with kids can sometimes be a bit challenging, so we really appreciated having a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay. The kids were comfortable throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. 🥰 Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended, especially for families! Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one! ❤️

We had an absolute breeze staying at Hotel Boss Singapore! The location is top-notch—super convenient with easy access to public transit (Lavender MRT is just a short walk away), making it effortless to explore the city. There are also plenty of great food options and convenience stores right around the corner. The hotel itself has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and a special shoutout to Mr. Andrew at the hotel reception—his accommodating, friendly, and helpful service made us feel truly welcomed right from the start! For the price and location, the amenities are fantastic. Having access to the outdoor swimming pool and gym was a huge plus for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it's a wonderfully convenient, comfortable, and friendly place to base yourself in Singapore. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

I stayed overnight at the hotel during my one day visit in Singapore. Location is very convenient. Walking distance to the MRT. Walked to Haji Lane from the hotel. Staff are very professional and accomodating; Nelson assisted me with checking in. Someone from the engineering department came when I needed the air conditioning to be cooler. One thing I didn't like was that I noticed the room seems pretty clean but noticed strands of hair on the floor. It wouldn't bother me if it was one strand but noticed it in the bathroom and other parts of the room floor. Other than that it is a decent place

Location was absolutely central and great, so getting around to key locations and attractions via the MRT was an ease. However, the room was significantly smaller but I think it’s a given in any hotel at this price point in Singapore. It was so small for me, my wife and my 3 year old son, with couple of luggages. My son was basically on the bed all the time since there was no space in the room to walk around.
