Will my current tier change after the new membership criteria is released?

Your current tier stays valid until it expires. If you qualify for a higher tier before that, you’ll be automatically upgraded.

Once your current tier ends, your new tier will be determined based on the updated Klook Rewards criteria starting 26 May 2025, 18:00 GMT+8.

Example 1 – You are currently a Gold Member (as of 30 Apr 2025, tier valid till 30 Jun 2025):

• If you reach US$380 or complete 5 bookings of at least US$30 before 30 Jun 2025, your Gold membership extends for another year.
  
• If you don’t meet either condition, you’ll be downgraded to Explorer.
  
• If you spend US$1,500 within your membership's current validity period, you’ll be upgraded to Platinum under the new criteria.
  
  

Example 2 – You are currently a Explorer Member (as of 30 Apr 2025, expiring 30 Jun 2025):

• If you reach US$380 or complete 5 bookings of at least US$30 before 30 Jun 2025, you’ll be upgraded to Gold.
  
• If not, you’ll remain an Explorer.
  
  

All tiers would be valid for 12 months from the date of upgrade.

Reminder: You must complete your bookings for the amount to count toward your membership progress.
