How do I maintain my tier?

To keep your current membership tier, just make sure you hit the required spend and complete those bookings within your tier’s validity period of 12 months. Once you do, we’ll automatically renew or upgrade your tier—your new membership year starts from that upgrade date.

Here’s what that looks like:

• Explorer: Spend and complete US$500 in bookings—you’ll level up to Gold.
  
• Gold:
  ----> Spend and complete US$1,500 in bookings —you’ll unlock Platinum.
  ----> Spend and complete between US$500 and US$1,499 in bookings —you’ll renew as Gold for another year.
  ----> Spend and complete less than US$500 in bookings —you’ll move down to Explorer.
  
• Platinum: Spend and complete US$1,500 in bookings—you’ll stay Platinum for another year.

If you're already an existing Gold member, you can still renew your Gold tier under the old criteria: either spend US$380 before your current Gold membership validity ends, OR complete 5 bookings of US$30 each.
