Dongdaemun Sparex is the best! It's affordable, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is also incredibly easy to find. Dongdaemun Design Plaza is right across the street. You can easily find it by taking the elevator down to the third basement floor of the building. They don't provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or scrubbing towels, so it's a good idea to bring your own. If you forget, they sell them at the entrance, which is convenient. For women, mugwort steaming is highly recommended! It costs 2,000 yen. It feels incredibly good and makes you sweat a lot. After that, getting a body scrub is the best! On the fourth basement floor, there's also a food court, a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna), and a relaxation area where you can unwind. Going in the morning is recommended as it's less crowded.

The Dongmyo location is clean, but the full body scrub package doesn't include shampoo or a bath towel, which is inconvenient as you have to pay extra. It would be best to clarify this or include it all! You have to reserve sleeping spaces in advance... Overall, it's okay.

Excellent service and top-notch comfort. After a day of walking, a perfect massage was just what I needed to rejuvenate. The pressure was spot on and surprisingly, the foot bath was done while lying down, and it included a back massage. The service was so good, I'd definitely come back again. Kim, who greeted me, had first-class service and was incredibly polite. Many pleasant surprises, I was very happy.

Love the package I got, it was super worth it. We were greeted by an English-speaking guide and explained to us in detail what will happen during the treatments. I had the most relaxing time and felt rejuvenated afterwards. My skin is thanking me for this!

The 100-minute session was well worth it — the therapist was professional, attentive, and knew exactly where to apply pressure, especially around the shoulders, back, and head. The environment was clean, calm, and comfortable, making it easy to fully unwind after a long day of walking in Seoul. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and much less tense. Communication was smooth and the overall flow of the session felt well-paced from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a proper massage in Myeongdong. I would definitely come back again on my next trip.

WOW what an experience! I would recommend this is anyone who needs TRUE self care! I did the basic course with the elasticity facial! I’m still trying to fathom all that just happened to me and WOW! never felt cleaner and smoother a day in my life. my face has been glowing for days head to toe!

Really nice time spent at Mizo. People there were so Nice. They took care of me in the most effective and professional way. It does seem old at 1st time but they take really good care of you.

I had such a relaxing experience at Eco Jardin Spa in Seoul. The space itself is really nice and calming, and the whole treatment felt super refreshing. I originally planned to do the 15-step scalp treatment, but ended up upgrading to the 18-step since I’m in Korea and wanted the full experience, especially because my hair is dyed and needed a little extra care. Honestly, I’m glad I did it. The 18-step felt really thorough and left my scalp feeling super clean and my hair soft and refreshed. The only thing that felt a little iffy was the pricing. The base treatment is already on the higher side, and the add-ons for extra hair treatments can get pretty expensive quickly, so just be prepared to spend a lot here. Overall though, it was a great experience and definitely worth trying at least once if you’re in Korea and want a full scalp care moment
