Dongdaemun Sparex is the best! It's affordable, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is also incredibly easy to find. Dongdaemun Design Plaza is right across the street. You can easily find it by taking the elevator down to the third basement floor of the building. They don't provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or scrubbing towels, so it's a good idea to bring your own. If you forget, they sell them at the entrance, which is convenient. For women, mugwort steaming is highly recommended! It costs 2,000 yen. It feels incredibly good and makes you sweat a lot. After that, getting a body scrub is the best! On the fourth basement floor, there's also a food court, a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna), and a relaxation area where you can unwind. Going in the morning is recommended as it's less crowded.

The Dongmyo store is on the 13th floor of the building to the right of Exit 6. I was worried about going to the wrong store, but you buy tickets when you get there. The auntie was very kind; she waited for me to buy the tickets and then introduced us to everything. The hot springs were very comfortable. The body scrub hurt a little at first, but after I got used to it, the experience was quite good. After soaking, we put on the clothes provided by the front desk and went to the 12th floor to rest and eat. I will definitely come again next time.

I had excessive tension in my shoulders from work, and after being asked downstairs how strong I wanted my massage, I was able to go upstairs and change. I opted for a strong massage, which meant the focus was more on my shoulders. She definitely 'kneaded away' my pain points effectively, so much so that there are hardly any left after just one massage. I will definitely go again.

Excellent service and top-notch comfort. After a day of walking, a perfect massage was just what I needed to rejuvenate. The pressure was spot on and surprisingly, the foot bath was done while lying down, and it included a back massage. The service was so good, I'd definitely come back again. Landed from my flight at 5am and booked the VIP package for same morning - best idea ever. I went through a sauna, shower, bath, scrub, mud mask, body massage and even hair care all in one place! The woman who attended to me didn’t really speak English, but I definitely got the scrubdown of a lifetime. Even received a free tea and fullsized skincare products at the end! This was my first Korean body scrub/spa experience and it certainly won’t be the last.

Really nice time spent at Mizo. People there were so Nice. They took care of me in the most effective and professional way. It does seem old at 1st time but they take really good care of you.
