⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very relaxing and satisfying experience with the Myeongdong Condition Full Body & Head Massage. The 100-minute session was well worth it — the therapist was professional, attentive, and knew exactly where to apply pressure, especially around the shoulders, back, and head. The environment was clean, calm, and comfortable, making it easy to fully unwind after a long day of walking in Seoul. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and much less tense. Communication was smooth and the overall flow of the session felt well-paced from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a proper massage in Myeongdong. I would definitely come back again on my next trip.
After spending 2 weeks in South Korea lots of walking, stairs and a hike, I was looking forward to a 100minute full body massage. it was really good. the staff there were wonderful and spoke alittle English which was really good 👍. felt so much relaxed now after the massage. highly recommend to do towards the end of your vacation.
I was drawn in by the good reviews and made a reservation. The location is very easy to find once you know where it is, but I couldn't find it at first. It's along the main street where nyunyu and the Savoy Hotel are located. I discovered their Instagram after returning home. I've included a screenshot from their video. The black-clothed man entering is right at the salon entrance. I love massages and often get them when I travel. Among all the massages I've had, this one was truly the best, as they relieved my tension so accurately! The only thing I found disappointing was that the face cradle on the massage bed didn't quite line up with my face when I was lying face down. The massage itself felt amazing, but my face hurt, so I couldn't fully relax. However, I think this varies from person to person, so it shouldn't be a problem for people who don't usually experience face pain when lying face down. Even with that drawback, it was a salon I would want to visit again.
I had my first massage experience in Korea and my stiff body felt so much lighter and relaxed. The only problem was that the location was difficult to find. It would be helpful to have a landmark or store listed with the address. When I arrived at the store, the staff warmly welcomed me, which was reassuring. They accommodated the pressure I wanted for the massage. The foot massage with oil covered the entire foot and the soles thoroughly. I recommend the full body & head massage course. Thank you for the punctual and thorough massage. Everything was done by hand, and I think it's a great value for the price. I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.
I wanted to get a massage during my trip, and this shop, which had good reviews on NAVER, was my first visit. It was a 2-3 minute walk from Myeongdong Station, and was on the second floor of a street lined with various shops. The treatment space was on the second and third floors, and this time I received it on the third floor. I changed into the short-sleeved shorts that were prepared for me, and the treatment started immediately. First, they asked me where my body was tired and how strong I wanted it. Just by touching me, they immediately told me which part of my body was bad and the difference between the left and right, and I liked that they focused on the stiff parts of my body. I told them that I have a bad back, and because of that, my legs and calves are prone to swelling. They massaged my palms, ankles, soles of my feet, and other places that are not often massaged. In the first half, I was lying face down, and in the second half, I was lying on my back, and they massaged my whole body. There was a part in the middle where I turned sideways and got massaged, which was unusual and a little different from a normal massage, so it felt good. They checked to see if I was in any pain, told me where I was stiff and where it hurt, and I was able to understand the condition of my body well. The person who took care of me spoke to me in Japanese and was very kind, so even though I don't understand Korean it was no problem and I was able to spend a comfortable time. The time passed by quickly, and after it was over I felt like my body was in good condition. It's more of a sports massage type that you can feel the effects of, rather than a relaxing healing massage, so I think it's perfect for those looking for results! As the name Condition Massage suggests, I feel like my body's condition has improved. They said that about half of the customers are Korean, so they are skilled enough that locals go there too. I recommend it for maintaining your body during your trip.
I had excessive tension in my shoulders from work, and after being asked downstairs how strong I wanted my massage, I was able to go upstairs and change. I opted for a strong massage, which meant the focus was more on my shoulders. She definitely 'kneaded away' my pain points effectively, so much so that there are hardly any left after just one massage. I will definitely go again.
This is my first to do massage in Korea. I must say I am impressive with their massage with every press hitting the pressure points and muscle group, relieving tightened muscles. They provide massage with different strength from medium to very hard. The shop owner is also very well versed with English and Japanese, no issue communicating. Something to improve is probably their shop aesthetics and add light scent to improve the ambiences. Overall I am very satisfied with their service, will go again if there is opportunity.
If you want an amazing massage with therapists who know exactly what they are doing, this is the place to be! A clean, convenient and fuss-free location, I HIGHLY recommend this place to weary travellers. Coming off the busy street in the heart of Myeongdong, one might worry about the sound from the surroundings, but I promise you the moment you enter, it's as if you've crossed into a different dimension. Note: The place is small, so some clients may chat with their therapists and you can definitely hear that. That said, I was really enjoying getting the knots worked out of me, I hardly cared. Don't bother paying high end spas just for their marketing. THIS is the REAL DEAL. 10/10 will come back
The technician is very attentive, and each massage is just right, leaving my whole body relaxed, making it a must-choose after an overnight flight. The location in Myeongdong is quite difficult to find; take the stairs up between the two shops.
A very relaxing experience with exceptionally friendly service. They identify areas of bodily fatigue and stiffness and focus on them, applying just the right amount of pressure. The instructor is very attentive and relieved all my fatigue! I highly recommend giving it a try! 👍👍👍 The location might not be very clearly marked. If you're facing away from Myeongdong Station, walk straight down the shopping street between exits 6 and 7. Turn left at the first alley and then look for the sign shown in the shop's photos. It will be easier to find that way. 😊
