Overall, I highly recommend this Muay Thai class to anyone interested in trying the sport. It was an engaging, rewarding, and empowering experience, and I look forward to attending more sessions in the future.

They said reservations were possible on Sundays, but they're closed on Sundays! However, there are three coaches, so I was able to work out with a 1-hour private session on the same day. They teach according to your level of difficulty. There's no air conditioning, but there are several fans, so it's cool. The hour was jam-packed with jump rope, stretching, learning techniques, hitting mitts, sparring, abdominal exercises, and stretching again. The coach doesn't speak English very well, but they're really friendly and helpful! They lend you hand wraps, so you don't have to buy them.

I booked beach yoga because I wanted to create a special memory of a trip to Phuket with my 9th-grade son. Mr. Deepak from Adi Yoga Center, who is from Rishikesh, India, was full of love and passion for yoga. Beach yoga. I'm leaving with such a beautiful memory. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend booking and participating in a beach yoga class!

Could not recommend this enough. We arrived late and were graciously accommodated. the experience was in depth and lots of fun !! Not only did we learn about or chosen dishes, but we learned the base of many Thai flavours, and even some of the Thai language. This is a must do activity. Nana and Natalie were outstanding instructors! We gained so much insight into the culture and cuisine during this fantastic session. The 2-hour class was relaxed and enjoyable—no rush, and we got to eat as we cooked. It’s perfect for families, couples, or even solo learners. I highly recommend it! We made Pad Thai, green curry, mango sticky rice, and fried noodles. There was plenty of space to work and learn, making the experience both fun and educational.

loved the service here!! The staff was lovely and she helped me pick the best colour and matching jewellery. I’d honestly tell everyone I know to go here. the only thing I’d recommend is if you want to book photographer let them know early.

Phuket Easy Thai Cooking Class was a great experience. The team was punctual, and Chef Nana was polite, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. The food we prepared was delicious, and overall, the class offered excellent value for money. I have a few suggestions that could make the experience even better. Currently, the class is structured so that participants prepare and eat one dish before moving on to the next. My friends and I felt it would be more enjoyable if all the dishes were prepared first and then served together at the end as a complete meal. With the current arrangement, we were unable to fully enjoy each dish and ended up having to pack some of the food to take away. In addition, each participant prepares quite a large portion of their dish. Including a fresh salad, such as Thai papaya salad or a raw mango salad, would help bring balance to the meal. Overall, this is a well-organized and worthwhile cooking class that I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Phuket.

It was a wonderful experience for me and my husband. We went to a local market, where we were shown and told about the ingredients used in certain dishes, and then we headed to the venue where everything we needed was provided. The staff were very friendly, and I was delighted with the whole process. Many thanks to the organizers!

This is one of the few cooking classes near Bang Tao Beach (most are in Patong or elsewhere). I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a market experience when booking, but it turned out to be really good. They showed me the herbs they grow in the large garden (?) and picked them right away to put in the ingredients. They explained everything in detail, from the prepared ingredients to why this sauce is added now during the cooking process and why it should be poured around the edge of the food, which was perfect for me as a cooking beginner. The main chef and the assistants were all friendly and carefully tailored the class to my needs. Even the props for decoration (for photos) were pretty. Thanks to their help, even I, with my clumsy hands, was able to make something delicious. Highly recommended.
