our tour guide, Young was such a good guide. She came prepared with lots of additional information and pictures to supplement the information she was presenting. I went to both palaces in Seoul, and Changdeokgung was much less crowded than Gyeongbokgung. Highly recommend this tour and tour guide.

We booked this experience for our group of 3 people, and it was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Seoul!
We upgraded to the Premium Hanbok, and it was completely worth it. The designs were absolutely stunning, vibrant, and looked incredibly elegant against the palace backdrop. The shop is super close to Cangdeokgung Palace, which makes it perfect since you get free general admission to the palace grounds just by wearing the full Hanbok.
What we loved most was that they don't nickel-and-dime you. They offer fantastic free accessories like matching traditional bags to hold your essentials, hair accessories and inner skirts to give the dress a beautiful shape. They also provide free lockers to store your bags and clothes safely while you are out, and complimentary basic hair styling (beautiful braids) that really completes the royal look.
The staff was fast, efficient, and incredibly kind. Highly, highly recommended!

I booked a premium hanbok rental through Klook for me and my husband. Then I booked the makeup and photography through Instagram. Reservation was very easy and they were responsive on Instagram. We came in at a busy time so it was very chaotic at first but the staff were able to help me with the Hanbok fitting, hair, and makeup. The Chandeokgung palace is just a block away and that was where we met up with the photographer and had the photos taken. We only wore the costume for 2-ish hours due to the heat outside. It was a great experience and the photos turned out really great! Another plus is they have 2 really adorable and calm shop cats 🐱. I recommend this shop for Hanbok rentals.

We had such a great experience renting our hanboks here! The entire process did take a little while, but that was completely understandable since we had four people getting dressed, including a child, and it was also pretty busy when we visited.
Everyone working there was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole experience. They also spoke English well enough that we had no trouble communicating, which made everything much easier.
We absolutely loved wearing our hanboks and had such a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a hanbok while visiting Seoul! 🇰🇷

We had a wonderful day with Jenny as our tour guide. It was very hot, and the pace of the tour was quite high! Jenny constantly checked to make sure everyone was doing okay in the heat. Thanks to the fast pace of the tour, we were able to see a lot in one day. Definitely recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Experience
I had a great experience and highly recommend this.
I was unfortunately late after missing a subway stop and getting lost, but the team was very understanding. The photographer was professional, friendly, and helped me feel comfortable by chatting with me during our walk to the photo locations. Since I was traveling solo, feeling shy, and had just landed that morning with little sleep, I really appreciated his kindness.
He guided my poses throughout the shoot, regularly checked if I was happy with the photos, and even encouraged me to speak up if there was anything I didn’t like. I also appreciated the extra time he spent taking additional photos.
The staff member who helped me choose my hanbok and style my hair was wonderful and very kind.
There were so many beautiful photos to choose from, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. It was one of the highlights of my solo trip, and I would gladly book again when I return w/ family or friends. 😊

If we could give them 10 stars we would! Follow the signs for the artist hanbok on the 3rd floor. I was worried about finding a Hanbok in my size as I am 5'10" (178 cm) but they clearly had the largest store in town and I found one that fit perfectly. They were high quality and steamed. They point you to your size section and you select the top and bottom you like. We did the hair and makeup with 3 hairstyles to choose from, and loved the results! My makeup artist did the mannequin under eye makeup which I felt aged my western features but she fixed it for me. There's lockers and you can keep your clothes on or take them off under the hanbok, very grateful I didn't wear mine it was hot.
Our photographer 奈良 was incredible, efficient, professional, and spoke mandarin with my friend who translated for me but even without that I understood his gestures and posing instructions easily. Our photos are wonderful, we're so happy he captured our friendship and individual poses so beautifully.
