I really enjoyed my stay at Centara Watergate Pavilion. The location is perfect if you’re in Bangkok for shopping. It’s walking distance to Platinum Mall, Big C, and other shopping spots. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even better. The breakfast is tasty with plenty of options, and the room is spacious and clean. It’s perfect for relaxing after a day out. Highly recommend if you want a hotel near the shopping areas with good service and comfortable rooms.

Me and my husband had a great time at Centara. It was accessible to the famous shopping centers in Bangkok. The staffs were very helpful and friendly.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Great view and location. Just around the corner from Pratunam Market. Near Platinum Mall, Central World and Big C. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos inside the hotel. The location is very good. It is less than 8 minutes walk to the airport railroad, and you can also take a boat to the city. There are also large shopping malls such as Centralworld nearby, which is nice. The staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend it.

overall the experience is good. one con is that my room doesn’t have the air conditioner control so it’s too cold for me, thank god I have a jacket with me. it’s very near to CentralWorld and bigc which is a huge plus for me as I went there for events. But it took me quite long to check in because the staff couldn’t find my booking? maybe they can improve in this part.

The room is good and clean. Perfect place to stay in Pratunam. Very accessible to all. Breakfast is so good. This Hotel is highly recommend.
