Great hotel in the heart of the city. Service was great too, thanks to Lily and the staff!

The location is excellent, right on the pedestrian street, making it convenient for getting around. Even on rainy days, there's a shopping arcade to explore. Famous century-old dim sum restaurants like Lin Heung Tea House and Tao Tao Ju are also very close by, and there are plenty of shops and eateries in the vicinity. The room's air conditioning is strong, and with the home theater system, both gaming and movie-watching offer an immersive audio-visual experience. The bathroom facilities are complete, and guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, lemon tea, and milk tea. This thoughtful service truly enhances the trip.

The place is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The room was very quiet at night, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The buffet was delicious, and a walk along the hotel's nearby promenade was very romantic.

The hotel is clean and smells lovely. Its location is close to tourist attractions, and it's easy to find restaurants nearby. The staff are wonderful and provide excellent service, including the front desk, housekeepers, and doormen. Everyone is cheerful and extremely helpful. The room is newly decorated, clean, and the bed is comfortable. What I liked most was having a separate sofa area for lounging and a desk for working.

I stayed at the Guangzhou Shangxiajiu Zhaixingtai Xiguan Inn last night and was very satisfied. The inn's location is convenient, quiet yet close to the bustling area, just a short walk to the pedestrian street. The room was clean and comfortable, decorated with distinctive Xiguan features, and thoughtful details. The staff were friendly and made me feel right at home. The facilities were complete, the internet speed was fast, and the lounge area was very comfortable. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to friends and travelers.

Really nice hotel. All services are great. Got washing machine and dryer at 4F. There also have a small store near lobby, selling mineral water , snack, other stuff that we might be need, unattended but we can just take and pay by ourself using alipay. Their Staff very kind and help us a lot. We really satisfied staying at this hotel. Will Surely comeback again. Recommended

Spacious room, ideal area for people that seek a more peaceful ambiance at night. Extremely professional and courteous staff, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. Will for sure return here in the future if I ever visit Guangzhou again.
