I've always wanted to visit the Starbucks closest to North Korea, so I booked this tour through Klook. The primary language for the tour was Chinese, and our guide, Owen, was incredibly thorough. He explained everything in great detail, from the history of North and South Korea to the war and recent events. It was a fantastic experience. From Starbucks, you can see North Korean houses and people. Since I went in the summer, I also saw North Korean farmers working in the fields.

Our tour guide for this trip was Max, and his commentary was incredibly detailed and clear, helping us better understand the history of North and South Korea. He interspersed many interesting anecdotes, making it very engaging! We traveled in a van, which allowed us to comfortably catch up on sleep on the way to Aegi Peak. Upon arrival, it was about a 15-minute walk to the Starbucks and observation deck. It was a truly unique experience, and I highly recommend everyone visit!

Had a very fun tour with Nova. Very easy to get picked up, shared history facts with us during the trip there, and kept explaining the monuments and sights once there. Very friendly approach, helpful with any questions, I'd certainly book more tours with her if I had more time left in my trip. Thanks so much for the memories and learning experience!

Our tour guide, Ms. Jean, was very kind and thorough throughout the trip. She explained the history between South and North Korea, and upon arriving at Aegibong Peak, she quickly led us to Starbucks and the telescope area to secure a good spot. We were truly able to see North Korean territory, its people, cattle, farming machinery, and a performance village. This trip to Korea was definitely worth it! 👍👍👍
