We chose the Hello Kitty Quad Room this time, and our stay was excellent. Each bed came with a souvenir, and we also had access to the executive lounge. All amenities and interior decorations were superb. I highly recommend this hotel to Sanrio fans who want to bring their family for a stay. Cleanliness: Excellent. Transportation Convenience: Excellent. Breakfast: Not selected. Service: Excellent. Hotel Location: Excellent.

The hotel is excellent. In addition to its good location, the breakfast is delicious and not too crowded. There's also a parking lot available.

Best hotel. It's located on the outskirts of Tokyo, but the hotel quality is excellent. The breakfast is delicious, the staff is helpful, and the rooms are clean. Booking on Klook was also very affordable.

very nice hotel and staff are friendly as well. Only disadvantage of the hotel is the location. It’s quite far to go to the Central area.

stayed 2 nights on 1/8-1/10 , booked again for another 3 nights , great location , good size of the room and very clean , will definitely book again by the way , prefer towel building.
