i have always enjoyed my stay here in raia. favorite hotel ever kalau bercuti di penang. hotel room super clean, love the wood floors (I've never been a fan of carpeted floors sebab habuk and all), love the room's toilet, love the soap and shampoo provided, love the simple breakfast buffet, love the abundance of parking, love the slides in the kiddy pool, love love love everything about raia! highly recommended ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

already validate the parking card at counter but it charge rm17 (instead of free for guests). then I go to counter reception again, they replace back via cash. thank you for your good service. just want to comment about chlorine in swimming pool quite strong odour
