The price is reasonable and the location is good in Sapa town. The road in is a bit complicated, but not complicated in a bad way, more like dizzying and unorganized, but that's also endearing. Clean and nice atmosphere.

Friendly and nice. Clean, especially thanks to Steve. Great for relaxing, and there's a shuttle bus to Sapa town. Recommended if you prefer relaxing to ethnic minority activities.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. the view from our hotel was beautiful.The breakfast buffet was good and delicious, contributing to an overall good stay.

Wonderful experience at Sapa Nature View Hotel. The room was very spacious for an affordable price, and the television had a wide selection of movies. The view was also fantastic, with mountains and clouds. Very accessible to restaurants too, so very good location. Lastly, the service totally exceeded our expectations. The staff were one step above being very polite,helpful and efficient. Especially Tran Anh Tuan, Sunny and Martin. They improved our smooth experience at the hotel. The breakfast was also good quality. Do consider staying here!

The place is cizy and is just a few meters from the Sapa Station. My wife loved the bed warmer. Great value for money.

I love it! Buffet was great. Just infront of Chicago Pizza serving great pizza. View is spectacular. Bed is comfy. just perfect.
