This is my favourite hotel through out my 6days holiday in Sapa & Hanoi city. The infinity pool has great view of the mountains and you could also enjoy the view while having bfast. Mr Kenny at reception desk help me to check on the Fansipan weather before taking the train up. Hotel staff also assist when HK shuttle bus arrived. Very near to sapa halal restaurant too. and walking distance to Sun plaza. I wish in future the hotel could prepare halal food in the kitchen. They also decor our bed for our anniversary. Much thank you!

the hotel is pretty good. location as well. about 7mins walk to Sapa center. lots of food options and massages within the area. rooms are pretty good to. really good value. not so good - breakfast is not good. they have several options. but only a few were really good. we also tried their massage. not too good as well. so despite all the good things about the hotel i can’t give it a 5.

On April 20, 2025 our family arrived at SAPA Vietnam, and we checked in at stayed for 1 night and 2 days at Bamboo Sapa hotel. we never regretted choosing the Bamboo Sapa Hotel, they have a great staff who can accommodate the guests excellently especially to Mr. KC who guided us perfectly!. The room and the whole environment are great and highly recommended! not to mention the scenic view of the place while at the hotel is so fantastic! Everyone must try to stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!
