Most attractions in Okinawa offer free parking for self-driving tours, which is very convenient. On the day of our visit, the main parking lot at the zoo was quite full, but by following the signs to the side entrance, we found plenty of available spaces – excellent! Purchasing tickets through Klook was easy; we just went to the visitor center on-site and exchanged our voucher for tickets, which were slightly cheaper than those sold directly by the zoo. Even buying tickets on-site is quite affordable, and it's definitely worth taking young children to experience. The park isn't huge, but it's very family-friendly. There are ramps throughout, making it easy to navigate with a stroller, even up to the elevated walkways. The map clearly indicates the different animal exhibits, and the layout allows you to explore the entire park without backtracking. Some areas offer opportunities to feed small animals; we tried feeding the chinchillas, which was a wonderful first experience for the kids. The overall environment is very clean, and there are ample restrooms. Small food trucks are available for snacks, and there are also small rides and an indoor play area for children. In summary, this is a highly recommended experience for families.

Probably the most fun I had during my trip to Okinawa! I was honestly surprised by how good my knife turned out, especially since I had zero experience. It was super satisfying to make something from scratch, and now I have a really cool souvenir to take home. There’s also parking right at the studio, which made getting there really easy. Highly recommend!

We arrived at around 7.15 pm for the night illumination only. We purchased our tickets via Klook, and redemption at the ticketing office was quick and easy.
The park was relatively quiet at night, which made the experience very relaxing and enjoyable. Wild ducks could be seen walking freely around the park, adding to the charm. There were many interesting light installations throughout the gardens. One of the highlights for us was the lotus pond, where the lighting moved in rhythm with the music, creating a very beautiful and immersive experience.
We spent about one hour walking through the park and taking everything in. Parking is free, which is an added convenience. Overall, it is definitely a place worth visiting if you have extra time in your itinerary, especially for the night illumination experience.

September 22 at 5:30 PM: We tried Fun Kart Chatan. The owner was very friendly, and overall it was a pretty fun experience.
However, I think the biggest variable in the itinerary was actually whether we made sure to understand the rules beforehand 😂 We even had to quickly change our time slot from the original 2:30 PM booking (we almost died from the heat).
If you want to drive the mini jeeps yourself, you must remember to bring the required driver's license documents. Anyone without a license cannot drive, and the vehicles do not support two-person riding.
If someone in your group does not have a license, we strongly recommend letting the shop know the exact headcount before booking and reserving the "tuk-tuk" option in advance. Try not to handle it last minute at the location so the itinerary goes much more smoothly.
We booked the 5:30 PM sunset slot this time, and I thought the timing was great. It wasn't as hot, and the lighting and atmosphere along the way were wonderful.
If I really had to give one piece of advice, I'd say this activity is better suited for a larger group of friends coming together. Driving, taking photos, and having fun together makes the whole atmosphere much livelier and enhances the overall experience.
Overall, it was a pretty unique and thoroughly enjoyable Okinawa experience.

Really great way to see things on the island. The bus also has WiFi which is amazing! Lots of time to see every sight, and not rushed at all.

although I couldn’t fly due to weather, they were extremely friendly. I enjoyed their company and they drove me to my next activity, which they didn’t have to. unfortunately that was my last day in Okinawa but I’ll definitely book with them again when I’m back. Tue views are breathtaking!

We are a family of four that utilize the Okinawa pass for golden week and it was 100% worth it. we were able to do four different experiences including Okinawa world snorkeling in the blue cave, the aquarium and the southeast botanical garden. my recommendation is to make your reservations in advance. Once you check the weather because the window does close quickly the day prior.

Very nice one day trip, the driver came on time, he was very nice and helpfull and the English level was suficient to understand each other.The car traffic in Okinawa is very slow so be patient:).
