Things to do in Khlong Muang Beach

The 7 Islands Sunset Tour was such a memorable experience! We were lucky to have beautiful weather that day, and the whole trip was really enjoyable. The highlight for me was the tour guide I believed it was Mr Sid, who kindly offered to take my GoPro and captured some beautiful shots of the marine life while he was diving. The food was decent, and the night dive to see the bioluminescent plankton was a really cool experience. I wasn’t brave enough to get into the water myself at night in the dark, but our guide brought up some seawater to show everyone on the longtail boat, which was a thoughtful touch and let us experience it without having to dive in. Overall, a fun and memorable tour, made even better by a helpful and attentive guide. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a great island-hopping experience!

our group really enjoyed the boat tour! we got direct pick up from our resort (Panan Krabi Resort). itinerary: we didn’t stop at the maya bay since it was closed but our guide extended our lunch period so we were able to walk around the beach that we had lunch at and spent more time in bamboo island for more swimming and lounging. it was a great experience especially for someone who’s not a good swimmer (wear your lifejacket). scenic views on board: one point to add is if you’re in the jumbo size boat, it’s hard get a view during stopovers or entire ride if you’re sitting in the back. if you mainly there for the activities like swimming and snorkelling you don’t need to sit at the front (also can be too “bumpy bumpy” as per our guide 😂).

Once booked it was instant confirmation. Do provide your hotel name and address upon booking and they will contact you to let you know the pick up time. Overall it was a smooth process from pick up, the tour and the drop off. Our guide name Alex was funny, helpful and very accommodating. Drinks are provided in the boat during the tour. We had a lunch buffet. It was ok. All the islands we visited was so beautiful especially the Hong Island. If there is one island that you should visit during your Krabi holiday, Hong Island should definitely be in the list.

It was such a special experience! We got to interact with the elephants, feed them, and even bathe them, which was incredibly fulfilling. If you hand your phone to the staff, they'll take a million photos and videos for you, haha. The elephants were truly adorable, and it made me realize how important it is to cherish and protect nature. If you choose the bathing option, it's best to wear a swimsuit. There are free lockers and shower rooms on-site, so just bring a towel.

A truly worthwhile journey! The driver arrived at the hotel promptly in the morning, picked up a few other guests at another hotel, and then we headed straight to Mirror Lake. My mom and I rowed the boat ourselves the entire way. Although we encountered several obstacles along the way, we managed to overcome them all. We had scheduled our trip to start at 9 a.m., and we finished rowing and returned to shore around 10:50 a.m. After getting off the boat, the owner served us ice-cold water and chilled watermelon. After eating, we took a short walk around the area before departing exactly at 11:30 a.m.

Special thanks to our amazing boat driver for navigating safely and bringing us to the most beautiful spots, as well as our wonderful tour guide from Phi Phi who made the entire trip so fun, informative, and unforgettable. we had a wonderful time with our amazing teacher Destiny. The trip to the local market was so interesting, she answered all of our questions. we booked the lesson for 2 adults and one 16 year old and one 8 years old. They participate through all of the class. we also came with a 2.5 years old that was asleep because we booked the 14:00 pm class. and the food was delicious!!! we tried the all menu and it was the best meal we ate so far. We really love Thai cuisine.

This was a super trip! It just so happened that I was completely alone on the excursion. Even though I don't speak English, we were able to understand each other. I received a very warm welcome; everyone was so friendly and patiently explained everything to me using gestures. It was an amazing experience; the elephants are incredibly gentle and affectionate. First, I fed them bananas and sugarcane, then I made protein balls for them. After that, I changed clothes, and we went to roll around in the mud, all while they were taking photos and videos of me. Afterward, we went swimming. I have enough memories to last a lifetime; a dream came true! The location is also very beautiful, surrounded by greenery and mountains. The service was top-notch; everyone was wonderful and very attentive. The elephants there are happy, and that's what matters most. Thank you so much for this experience! ❤️❤️❤️

What a fun fun experience this was. Our Guide 'Ou' forgive my spelling, was great and very informative if you asked the questions. He's been at this business the longest and was able to get us around the Mangroves(we got to see the monkeys), The Jungle and the open ocean on the Kayak tour. Joined up with a family for the first half and then headed out to the ATVs on my own. loved the fact that we got to see some monkeys and we had most of the places to our little group. made for some great photos by ourselves away from the crowds. I wouldn't hesitate to book this tour, half or full day it's a great experience. we were provided life jackets and a dry bag, be sure to bring Mosquito spray, lotion, waterproof bag for your phone, a change of clothes and a towel. they have lockers on site to lock your stuff up. we left valuables in the car.
