The meeting point was indicated above the station entrance, on the road side. (I didn't notice it at first.) However, you need to confirm as other tour buses also come to that location. You shouldn't be mistaken because you have a voucher, but this time, the driver mistook me for someone else based on his assumption. Just in case, I went to the meeting point earlier than the scheduled time, and the bus was parked with the driver waiting. He said my last name and told me to get on quickly. (It seemed the departure time for that bus had already passed.) But my meeting time wasn't until later! Even though I showed him my voucher and told him the meeting time was different, the driver left anyway. When I looked at the documents I received, sure enough, the name was different. The reception sheet only had the last name on it. They were already picking up the next guests, and it was too late to walk back from far away from the station. Finally, the driver realized his mistake, and after communicating with the company, I was able to speak with a Japanese-speaking staff member, and we ended up going to the Skyrail station. I was able to ride the Skyrail without any problems because I had the voucher, and after that, I was able to complete the itinerary smoothly. However, I wonder what happened to the real Ms. 〇〇? I don't think it was the driver's fault since the meeting time had already passed. By the way, the driver apologized to me, saying, "The reception sheet only had the last name on it. Sorry." and was complaining to the company.

This travel agency is Down Under Tours. You should receive a confirmation email after booking, but I didn't, so I called the travel agency to confirm the pick-up time (it would be around 10 AM). The shuttle bus was large, and many people participated. The itinerary was well-organized. Upon boarding, you'll receive a sheet outlining the day's tour itinerary, along with cable car and train tickets. You'll arrive at the cable car station at 11 AM. The ride up includes two stops where you can disembark and explore, with free eco-tours available. After arriving at Kuranda village, you can explore the shops, eat, etc., on your own. Finally, at 3:30 PM, it's time to take the scenic vintage train down the mountain. The train offers detailed commentary. At 5:00 PM, after arriving at Freshwater Station, another tour bus will pick everyone up and take them back to the city.

If you're going to Cairns, a trip to Kuranda is a must. Among the attractions there, Rainforestation is highly recommended. It's a compact and easy-to-navigate facility where you can enjoy many experiences such as the Army Duck tour, Aboriginal show and cultural experience, and kangaroo feeding. There are paid shuttle buses to Rainforestation from Skyrail and Kuranda Railway that don't require advance booking, so you can use those to get to Rainforestation.

It was so much fun! It's not huge, but it was nice to see the koalas, wallabies, and kangaroos quickly! And it was accessible because you don't have to walk much if you take the bus! Birdworld isn't that big.
