Things to do in Shiraito Falls

Xiao Quan our assigned guide has been very attentive and caring especially for our kids. Kids enjoyed the farm very much, highly recommended for families that wish to see Mount Fuji and also have some fun

The weather was better than expected and I got great views of Fujisan. Golddy was amazing in letting us know where to get the best photo spots and also introduced the snacks we should be trying along the way. This tour packs a lot of spots but I think the time given at each stop was good enough.

The driver contacted us a day in advance to confirm the pickup location and time. After each drop-off, they would also send a message reminding us of the meeting time and place. The driver's attitude was excellent; they were friendly and polite. The itinerary was packed, but the time spent at each attraction could have been longer, especially at the ranch, where we didn't have enough time. Overall, it was very good, and the children loved it.

Thanks to our guide Grace's excellent leadership, we thoroughly enjoyed our tour. We almost didn't get to see all the sights because it coincided with Golden Week, but she managed the time perfectly until the end, allowing us to enjoy everything. We're leaving with wonderful memories, thanks to the beautiful weather and great photos.

Our Mt Fuji & surrounds tour was a great experience overall. The day started out very foggy and rainy. The morning rain was a bit disappointing and hid most of the views, but by our second-to-last stop the skies cleared—and Mt Fuji finally revealed itself just before the tour ended, which made it all worthwhile. The Pink Moss was still beautiful despite the weather, and our tour guide was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and kept everything running smoothly. Definitely recommend this tour.

excellent Mt. Fuji experience. actually, I signed up for Chinese speaking tour, the day before the trip. Tour guide messaged me that only Korean and English tour available tomorrow. I found a bit disappointing at first, but I’m already here and ready to see Mt. Fuji. and finally I say ok. we will join in then. the tour guide and the bus driver are excellent people, friendly, nice and explain everything clearly. also, rest of the people in the tour are amazing , ON TIME on every spots, we arrive 5:30pm back to Tokyo station safe and sound l. that’s an unforgettable experience. highly recommended.

This trip was still great! I felt the attractions were a bit spread out, so having a tour guide was especially important. Traveling from Tokyo to Mount Fuji is quite a hassle, so I booked this day trip, and it was definitely much better than I expected. A very pleasant surprise!
