great experience with one minor hiccup. let me start with whats great, i love the bus driver he was kind and also attentive to the tourists cause my sister mistakenly boarded the wrong bus but he saw her and called out to her. another is that he is such a great driver that i can fall asleep and trust that we are safe. for the guide, martin is kind and helped my sister wash her wound as she fell off the bike. MY CONCERN is that theres not enough medical supply in case of emergency and why are the bikes provided with breaks that do not work? but i must say, all in all it was a very great experience and its really good for the value of your money.

We had an incredible experience on the Alina Day Cruise to Ha Long Bay! The whole trip was peaceful, well-organized, and smooth from start to finish. A special shoutout to our guide, “Jhonny Handsome”—he was truly amazing, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. We took one day trip from Ha Noi to Ha Long bay and was very amazed with the beauty of nature in Ha Long, it’s very worthy to visit there. And thank to our guide - Mr. Johny for his dedication and enthusiasm during the trip.

A day trip to Ha Long Bay truly lives up to its reputation as "Guilin on the Sea"! 🌊
We departed from Hanoi in the morning, and the drive was about 2.5 hours. Although it was a bit far, seeing the emerald green water and thousands of limestone islands made it all worthwhile.
Cruising among the islands felt like stepping into a traditional Chinese ink painting. For lunch, we enjoyed a seafood meal on the boat; the food was decent, but dining with the sea breeze was incredibly pleasant.
The biggest highlights were kayaking and exploring the caves, where the water was so clear you could see the bottom. We climbed over 400 steps on Ti Top Island, and the panoramic view of Ha Long Bay from the summit was truly breathtaking.
The day trip was indeed a bit rushed, so if possible, I'd recommend staying overnight. However, for a short experience, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it! Our guide, Johnny, was enthusiastic, thoughtful, and meticulous in his service – highly commendable.

Mr. Minh, who was our tour guide, was very cordial and supportive. He explained everything in detail. Anybody who wants to visit Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay, and Cat Ba Island should consider this trip through Klook.

Our tour guide, Henry, was fantastic! He texted us the night before and picked us up right on time. He’s cheerful, talkative, and always happy to answer questions.
I initially expected a bamboo boat ride, so the additional speedboat option was a pleasant surprise! It was super fun and definitely today’s highlight.
The food variety was great, and the cruise’s interior and exterior matched the advertisements perfectly.
Overall, I have absolutely no complaints. Everything was very well executed! Huge thanks to Henry, Anna, and the entire Hercules Grand team for making this experience memorable. Would definitely recommend them for your Ha Long Bay trip!
