The last time I trained Muay Thai was almost 10 years ago. The trainers were able to catch me up, although I have to train more to get the groove again. Overall experience was great. The trainers can speak a little bit of English and they were very accommodating. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

A super class, run by absolute professionals. The guys couldn’t have been more courteous and blended the class to the mixed experience of the students. They were even able to teach this old dog a few new tricks! Really great workout, nice facilities and good quality kit/gloves/pads, (need to buy hand wraps from reception on arrival - 350 Baht). Clean changing facilities with lockers & toiletries free to use, just bring a towel. Superb value. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience of Muay Thai. I would recommend this gym and the instructors to anyone wanting to try Muay Thai boxing.

I received a Thai massage at Health Land Bangkok. I arrived in Bangkok early in the morning, so I booked and used their service in the early afternoon. It was very comfortable for my body, which was tired from the flight, and it was a great start to my trip. It was also nice that the place wasn't crowded at that time, allowing me to enjoy the treatment in a quiet environment. I visited several branches during my stay, and this one consistently offered reliable quality, which was reassuring. The prices are also relatively reasonable, and I think the appeal is being able to easily experience an authentic Thai massage. The interior was clean and had a calming atmosphere, allowing me to relax. The treatment itself was thorough, and I felt that the fatigue from my travels was completely relieved. It offers great value for money and is a recommended spa, even for first-time visitors.

highlight of my bangkok trip! must try! really enjoyed it! you will walk going to the wet market then ride a tuktuk going to the cooking class area, around 10pax per session. all of the meals we cooked were so yummy, more delicious than those in the restaurants haha we did all 5 dishes.

The singers and dancers were SUPERB!They were incredibly talented, entertaining, and really knew how to keep everyone engaged throughout the cruise. The performances definitely added so much energy and fun to the entire experience. Would absolutely recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a fun, beautiful, and memorable experience. A very enjoyable culinary journey.A very, very worthwhile trip to Thailand, you can cook authentic food by yourself in 3 hours, and you can leave a photo of the photo. And our teachers are awesome, always encouraging and interacting with us very well.We recommend that all friends come to play.

What's the best location to explore the mid-level areas of Bangkok? September is the rainy season, but the weather during a trip is random. Don't just leave if it rains; take photos and look around on the 74th and 75th floors, wait it out, and then try again. The first time, I went up to the 78th floor, and it immediately started pouring, so I went down to the 74th floor to see the view and take pictures. Once I saw the rain stop, I tried the 78th floor again. After about 10 minutes of looking around and taking photos, it started raining again. Since it's the rainy season, I expected it, but I was still proud to have achieved my goal. Haha. I tried to eat at Mahanakhon Cube on the second floor of the building next door but failed? I wasn't sure how. If you're traveling to Thailand, I recommend this.
